Coach Pete

Peter is the owner of BIG Ballers as well as the head coach. He has been coaching since the age of 17, coaching in schools in England while continuing to play basketball.
After moving to Vietnam he worked as the full time head coach of Sports Skills Academy (SSA) for over 2 & half years, developing and growing their program. Creating & running 3X3 tournaments as well as, 5 on 5 tournaments featuring international teams. He also took teams abroad, winning a tournament in Hong Kong. Some former students are now playing in the VBA.
He then began working for E-Balls as the head coach, helping to start their program from the beginning & grow basketball in Vietnam, teaching classes in multiple districts in Ho Chi Minh as well as in Hanoi.
Over the years living in Vietnam he has also been the head coach of SSIS U9 Girls team & ISHCMC Rhinos (International School of HCMC) Junior & Senior basketball teams, leading the junior team to an undefeated season, winning SISAC & MRISA Championships.

Playing achievements include; England Team Select (1985 born), Professional Basketball Player (Guildford Heat, UK – BBL), Saigon Heat Practice Player (ABL), Multiple league & tournament wins for 3X3 & 5on5 in England & Vietnam.
